Agreement to Terms of Use

  • All prices quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive 6% of government tax.
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Mode of payment is strictly by credit or debit cards only.
  • Not valid with membership, credit card and promotional programs, benefits and discounts.
  • Golden Circle point accrual is valid. Please provide membership number.

Takeaway & Delivery

  • The 60-minute orders on self-pick-up and delivery commitment starts from the time our STAR F&B Hotline contacts you (via phone or email) to verify your order.
  • Pick-up and delivery time: 11:00a.m. to 10:00p.m.
  • Last order of the day: 9:00p.m.
  • Pick-up location: Kinabalu Wing Lobby Driveway, Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru.
  • Free delivery is available within 10KM radius from the resort for total order of RM50 and above.
  • Location that exceeds 10KM radius from the resort will be charged RM10 per 5KM distance.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Any amendment or cancellation of order must be notified at least one (3) hour prior to the scheduled delivery time at your discretion. Please call or WhatsApp STAR F&B Hotline (+60) 16-832 2972 to amend or cancellation. Any amendment or cancellation less than 3 hour will not be entertained.
  • Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the resort shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
    a. Accept alternative item suggested by resort, or
    b. Cancel the order and receive full refund.
